1. How could I get samples?Do you sell sample?How is your sample policy?
We can offer some free samples ( total value under 5 US dollars)!If you have FedEx ,TNT,DHL,EMS account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight,we will sendhe total sample value is more than 5 US dollars, we'd like to ask you pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don't have an courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company. Or,send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by Wire Transfer(SWIFT) or Westunion Bank .
2.How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your detail
address.
And If the carton gross weight less than the carrton size weight ( adopt international
express weight calculate way :carton size (Length X Wide X height/6000 )!We will adopt
International Express calculating way like above calculating way!
3. How can I get your price list?
Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information.Such as details
item number,quantity etc!
4.Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Sure. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products(custom design package), Pls provide us the design in JPG. GIF or TIF format, then we redsigin for your confirmaiton,such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 1x20'FCL for one item, it's FREE OF CHARGE, otherwise, you have to pay for the charge for the film and design.
5. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
* Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
* Forwarder's contact details if there's any( in China or Hong Kong )
6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.
7. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ).
8. What's your usual payment term for orders?
1)Usually 30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance paid by T/T before shipment ;
2)50% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance paid against the copy of B/L by email or fax. |
